Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds and Returns for Products

1.1. Products purchased through Aroma Homeopathy Clinics are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

1.2. If a product is found to be defective or damaged, users must report the issue within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at drajaymor69@gmail.com

1.3. Upon verification of the defect or damage, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2. Appointment Cancellation

2.1. Users may cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.

2.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are non-refundable.

2.3. To cancel an appointment, users must contact us via drajaymor69@gmail.com or use the cancellation feature on the website.

3. Refunds for Consultations

3.1. Refunds for consultations are not provided once the consultation has been completed.

3.2. If a consultation is canceled by Aroma Homeopathy Clinics, users will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Mode of Refund

4.1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
